End User License Agreement (EULA) –

This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is between you (“User”) and Diginetplore LLC and governs your use of the Diginetplore Voice AI application (“Software”).

By accessing or using the Software, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

1. License

Diginetplore grants the User a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Software solely for business purposes.

2. Restrictions

User may not modify, reverse engineer, duplicate, resell, or sublicense the Software.

3. Data and Security

User acknowledges that order, customer, and operational data may be transmitted through connected platforms such as Clover. User is responsible for maintaining compliance with applicable privacy laws.

4. Payments

Fees and billing terms are governed by a separate service agreement between the User and Diginetplore.

5. Termination

Diginetplore may suspend or terminate use of the Software for violation of this Agreement.

6. Disclaimer

The Software is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Diginetplore be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the Software.

8. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia.
